Why to convert Individual Establishment to WLL
In Bahrain Commercial Concealment is illegal. (When a Bahraini assigns a non-Bahraini to run his/her commercial establishment in exchange for a sum of money). There is a campaign running by MOIC to Prohibit National Commercial Concealment.
Make renter and rentee partners by converting individual establishment to WLL, Failure to do so can result in commercial concealment penalties, which includes:
- Fine up to BD1,000
- Imprisonment for almost a year.
