About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Receptionist to join our growing consultancy team in KSA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring a smooth service experience, and supporting the delivery of business setup and corporate services. This position requires excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to maintain long-term client satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
Prepare proposals, reports, and necessary documentation for client engagements.
Assist in processing company formation and related business documentation.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline internal processes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and progress updates.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in client relations, business support, or consultancy services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Willingness to work onsite in KSA.
